The ideal beach body is the hope and dream of most humans. finding the ideal diet is the obsession of many. The truth is it is very simple to get and maintain the ideal weight with the perfect beach body without taking pills, supplement, or strenuous exercise. The key is knowing what to eat and what to reduce or remove from your diet.

What to eat?  Simple Food rich in Fiber

No one want to be told what to eat. We all grow up eating some food that are very common, comforting, ready available and in most cases these foods are widely loved. However, if these food contain processed meats, refined products, refined sugars and oils they may be doing more harm than good over time to your body. Some foods will pass through your body much faster than other. Knowing the different is the key to having a beach body all year long.

One hidden secret is, the most healthy foods for our bodies is also low in calories and high in fiber.  The largest percentage of your diet should be from foods rich in nutrients and high in fiber. Think of fiber as a daily cleanse for your intestine. You do not need to buy colon cleaner or use any laxatives. Mother nature made all plant based food, with the highest amount of nutrients and fiber.

Plant based foods not only nourished your body but it also remove waste and toxins from your body naturally. Some whole grains, legumes (beans) and vegetable provides more proteins than any animal products. It is a myth to believe that, It is difficult for most people to rely on plant based food for all their proteins. Do not believe the myth!

  1. Eat a plant based diet for 30 days. (100% plant based is the goal however, if this in too difficult for you because you are not totally committed then 90% plant based is a good start)
  2. Remove all processed food from your diet. Do not eat any processed foods for 30 days. (Processed food are usually high in saturated fats, sugars and chemicals) your body needs a rest from these unhealthy foods.
  3. Drink lots of water daily. Your body needs lots of water to flush your system and improve your cellular functions.
  4. Exercising is optional. However, with a 100% plant based diet you will feel more alive and want to go for walks to get fresh air, walks on the beach or view nature at it best while you go for a stroll in the park.
