The Best Time To Buy a Home in Miami FL!

This may come as a surprise, but, the best time to buy a home is during the rainy season.

Hurricane season in Miami Florida begins in June and last until November. Driving through a community after a rain shower will show potential problems with flooding or drainage issues. While this is not the only way to get this information it is surely a great way to view a potential community. (Flooding can be inconvenient on roads, in parks or driveways).

One very welcome addition to most South Florida communities is man-made lakes. These lakes add a relaxing and beautification aspect to the community while acting as a retention pond for drainage serving a practical purpose at the same time.
