The secrets to finding a home for rent fast is to be ready. The best deals usually rent within a few days. The three most important things when looking for a home to rent are: Proof of income, Credit report & Police Report
1. Proof of income: Every landlord wants to know that the prospective tenant has enough income or the ability to pay rent each month. Your proof of income should show that your gross income before tax is at least 3 time the rent. (3 X Rent)
2. Credit report: Having a current copy of your credit report is very essential. Your credit report will show your history of paying. Every landlord wants to know that they are renting to a tenant that is willing to pay on time each month. Having an excellent credit history is the most important criteria when renting.
3. Police Report: A copy of your local police report will show your background information. Some landlord cannot rent to any tenant with gross negative information in their background. (Remember this applies to all occupants 18 years or older)
Some communities have an association, the association charges a non-refundable fee to check these items. Knowing what they will find will save time and money.
Once you have these three things we can start making your viewing appointment.

today.com — After Barack Obama’s presidential term ended, there was a lot of speculation about whether his family would move back to Chicago, stay in Washington D.C. or head somewhere entirely new. The uncertainty about where they’d land was further fueled by their decision to rent in the ritzy D.C. neighborhood Kalorama. It now looks like the Obamas have decided to stay — not just in D.C., but in the very Kalorama home they’ve been renting.

Heavy flooding near Kendale Lakes slowed commuters as they navigated torrential rains on Monday. The National Weather Service called for a flood advisory.
Our Planet is changing. It has always been changing. As almost everyone knows by now, there is such a thing as climate change, and we are experiencing it. No one knows exactly why Miami luxury homes sales have slowed substantially, but sellers in Miami know that with fewer Europeans buying luxury properties these days, and climate change affecting everyone, the real estate market is heavily in favor of buyers. People read the news and they watch TV, and today there are storms all over the Miami area. Below is a Miami Herald video clip of what it looks like in Miami Beach, home of some of the highest priced properties in Florida.
